Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, for NextGenDash customers and for anyone who has messaged our Facebook Page, Instagram account or a WhatsApp number used through NextGenDash.
NextGenDash customers
Email admin@nextgenedash.com from the email address on your account and ask us to close the account and delete its data. We confirm the request, then delete your account and business data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as tax and payment records). Export anything you want to keep first.
If you messaged us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp
Email admin@nextgenedash.com with the name or handle you messaged from and roughly when. We delete the messages and identifiers we hold for you within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also remove the NextGenDash app's access from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
If a business using NextGenDash has your details
Restaurants that use NextGenDash control the customer details on their own bills. Ask that business first; if you cannot reach them, email us and we will pass your request on.
