Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for your login details and for what happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Tell us straight away at admin@nextgenedash.com if you think your account has been misused.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment is needed to start it.
• After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Current prices are on the pricing page and include or exclude GST as shown there.
• Plans are paid in advance through Razorpay for the period you choose. You can stop renewing at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees already paid are not refundable for partly used periods, except where the law requires otherwise or we cannot provide the Service.
• We may change prices for future periods and will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

3. Your data

You own the business data you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you enter, including your own customers' details, and for the accuracy of what you enter. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

4. Taxes, bills and reports

The Service calculates GST and other taxes, prints bills and prepares reports from the settings and data you provide. You remain responsible for your tax settings, filings and compliance. Check figures with your accountant before relying on them for a return.

5. AI features

AI features give suggestions, drafts and summaries that can be wrong. Review them before acting on them. Nothing is sent to customers or published on your behalf without a person approving it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to access other customers' data, overload or probe the Service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something material from a paid plan we will tell you in advance.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the Service for serious or repeated breach of these terms. After closure you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that it is deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at admin@nextgenedash.com so we can try to resolve any problem; otherwise the courts of India have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give account owners notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
